Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@cocollc.net with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Contact us for availability if you’d like a different scent. Exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged Products

If your candle arrives broken, email us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or refund.
